Hanger Spinner shot blaster machines are the solution for batch blasting of small to medium size parts which are suitable for hanging upon a multi arm jig suspended by hook arrangement in the roof of the machine. The machine is typically supplied with an external beam arrangement allowing the operator to load / unload safely. An alternative “Y” track arrangement will also allow the operator to load a second jig whilst the first jig is going through the blasting cycle ensuring loading times are minimised.

During the blast cycle the jig is rotated through 360o and oscillated to ensure that all faces are cleaned. Timed door interlocks prevent the operator opening doors either during the blast process or for a short period of time after the completion of the blast cycle to ensure operator safety.

Hanger spinner blasting machines are the preferred choice for workpieces that are not suitable for tumbling but allow themselves to be hung from a inverted "christmas tree" type jig ( for multiple workpieces) or a hook (for single larger workpieces).The machine is supplied with a work beam to allow the operator to load at a comfortable safe height and then present the workpieces to the drag mechanism for auto entry into the blast chamber.
Once inside the chamber the jig / workplace is rotated before the blast wheel(s) giving complete coverage. The blast cycle is controlled by an adjustable timer and a timed dir delay prevents the operator from opening the door until the blast cycle is completely finished and it is safe to do so.

1.?Start the fan of the dust collector.

2. Start the elevator,?blasting wheel and shot supply valve in turn.?

3. Then lower one hanger hook, loading the workpieces.?And the hanger hook go into the blasting chamber along the track. And close the door of blasting chamber.

4. The hanger hook?makes the workpieces alternating motion and rotating to cleaning and strengthening the workpieces.

5. During this working period, loading the following workpieces onto the other hanger hook.

6. After?the machine stop completely, open the chamber door, unload the workpieces.?

7. Then the other hanger hook go into the blsting chamber along the track.

8. Emergency stop switch?is for emergency situation. The whole machine will stop immediately after pressing the button.

9. Dust collector should be stop timely after finish all the duty.

Notice and Maintenence

1. Regularly cleaning the?collect box of the dust collector to protect the dust removing pipe from blacking.

2. Cleaning the bottom of the blasting room and the separator frequently.

3. Often?cleaning the shots around to avoid slipping?and falling.

4. Regularly check the rubber belt and belt of the elevator to avoid deviating.

5.?Never to open the workpiece feeding door unless the machine stop completely to avoid accident.

6. Frequently check the end plate of the blasting chamber and the wearable parts of the blasting wheel. To change the badly worn parts in time.

7. The machine must be lubricated periodical to guarantee flexible rotating.

8. regularly check and clean the drive section of the machine, change the badly worn parts.
